Web surveillance Ltd offer tailor made maintenance solutions starting with a return to base warranty which is included with every piece of equipment supplied. This is adequate for supply only customers.

For customers needing more support we offer an on site maintenance option with or without remote access. This covers all labour and travel costs in the event of us attending the customers site to repair or replace equipment.

For customers whose systems are connected to the web we also offer remote support. This would include a virtual tour of the system on a regular basis to ensure it is functioning correctly. It could also include creating media for evidential purposes.

We offer online training for systems we install.
